Julio Caro produced his first independent feature film titled “STATIC” starring Keith Gordon, Amanda Plummer, and Bob Gunton in 1985.Julio Caro produced the film titled SIESTA, starring Ellen Barkin, Jodie Foster, Isabella Rossellini, and Gabriel Byrne. The movie was released by Lorimar Motion Pictures (now a division of Warner Media).

From 1988 to 1995 Julio Caro was involved in the music industry and film management working with many recording artists. He is the manager of the artists Safire, The Throbs, The Sea Hags, and Raw Youth.
